Professor Matthias Liechti

Member of the ALPS Foundation’s Scientific Advisory Board

Professor Matthias Liechti is one of the central psychedelic scientists in Switzerland. Currently heading a research group at the University of Basel, mainly focused on the pharmacology of psychedelic substances, he is also a member of the ALPS Foundation’s Scientific Advisory Board. Sharing from his vast scientific knowledge, Professor Liechti helps us make informed decisions about what projects to support, which speakers to invite, and a variety of other questions related to psychedelic sciences that arise as we pursue our mission.
