ALPS origins…

The first edition of ALPS conference came as an idea to a group of students.

They created together a student association in Lausanne University, named out of Aldous Huxley utopian island Pala: Psychedelic Association of Lausanne for Awareness - PALA.

The dream was to invite some of the giants upon which shoulders we stand on in the field of psychedelic research and therapy.

Here’s the story on how they made it happen with a crowdfunding.

The enthusiasm and the support of the community, paved the way to create a non profit organisation out of the student association: ALPS Foundation, a swiss non profit based in Geneva, was born.
