Lucca Nietlispach

Partnerships & Social Impact Coordinator

Through my own experiences, I have found psychedelics to be an important tool to re-examine my own actions and intentions. In the midst of ongoing global crises, I believe that they can be helpful in reorienting the behavior of individuals in all sorts of ways. I joined ALPS Foundation in order to support scientific explorations of these substances and to facilitate a more nuanced public discussion.

Being interested in organizational approaches to sustainable development, I decided to explore entrepreneurial methods. In my Masters in Business Innovation at the University of St. Gallen, as well as my experience in an education platform startup, I learned how to bring ideas to market. Looking to broaden my toolbox, I did a PhD in nonprofit management with a focus on social startup incubation and acceleration at the Center for Philanthropy Studies at the University of Basel. I always followed the recent developments in the field of psychedelics and look forward to support ALPS Foundation in taking their social impact to the next level.
