Gerel Jargalsaikhan

Partnerships Coordinator

After completing my studies in international affairs in Geneva, I embarked on a career in global health governance. Although my background is not in health, I have always had a personal interest in mental health. I firmly believe in the transformative power of psychedelics to improve mental health, facilitate healing, and catalyze meaningful change.

I am thrilled to see the taboo surrounding psychedelics gradually lifting, thanks to scientific research and public discourse. However, I believe that we must simultaneously focus on dismantling punitive drug policies and working towards legalization. I advocate for protecting the rights of people who use drugs and empowering the different communities who use psychedelics - whether for medical, spiritual, or recreational purposes.

I hope the awareness created from ongoing research and the efforts of the ALPS Foundation can drive this change in Switzerland and beyond. I am honored to be a part of this visionary team and look forward to coordinating partnerships with other organizations in this field.
